PhytoPharmacon LLC, a privately owned biopharmaceutical company, and BoProcess LLC, a privately owned biopharmaceutical company, announced on August 1, 2011 that the two companies have merged into one company PhytoPharmacon Inc. This merger will allow the combined company to strengthen the company’s intellectual property positioning.
