PARTNERSHIPS

The Company has established strategic non-equity collaborations with the University of Louisville, SRI International, the Hamner Institutes for Health Sciences (formerly CIIT) and Research Triangle Institute. These collaborations represent a cost effective way to give the company access to a broad area of expertise and state of the art technology and equipment.

The company is actively seeking partners for:

• development of the botanical prescription drug portfolio (See Product Portfolio).
• commercialization of its portfolio of high quality nutraceutical products
• development and commercialization of plant products that can potentially reduce the risks associated with smokeless tobacco and smoking

The company can add products from its extensive library of plant extracts based on the specific interest of a partner.
